Terms of Service

1. The service

Bangouro is an online service where you play a trading card game against computer-controlled opponents (bots). Bangouro is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with the rights holders of the game. We do our best to implement the rules correctly but cannot guarantee it.

2. Account and beta

During the closed beta, playing requires an account with a confirmed email address and a redeemed beta key. Keep your password secret and do not pass on the app or your key. One account per person; minimum age [16].

3. Free and Premium

  • Free: playing (during the beta up to 20 games per day), match history with results, replays, [3] full analyses per calendar month.
  • Premium: unlimited analyses [and further features]. Prices, term, cancellation and withdrawal rights: [to be added once Premium is offered].

4. Your games

Your games are saved so you can review them. We may use games in pseudonymised form (without any link to your account) to train and evaluate our bots and to improve the service. Details: Privacy Policy. Share links are visible to anyone who has the link; they do not name you.

5. Fair play and use of the bots

  • Play yourself: no bots, scripts, macros or other automated play, and no automated access outside the app.
  • The bots, their moves, recommendations, evaluations and analyses are for your personal play and learning only. You may not systematically collect them, and you may not use them to train, distill, fine-tune or otherwise replicate an AI model or bot, or to build a competing service.
  • No reverse engineering, decompiling or extracting of the app, the bots or the server protocol, except where the law expressly allows it.
  • No use of Bangouro to gain an advantage in games on other platforms or in tournaments.
  • No circumventing limits, allowances or access controls (for example with several accounts), no sharing of beta keys or accounts, no attacks on the service.

We may limit, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

6. Availability and liability
